The Tri-County Genealogical Society is pleased to announce that it has placed microfilm of the "Schell City Ledger," "Schell City News," and "Walker Herald" newspapers in the Nevada Library Genealogy Dept. Both Schell City and Walker are located in the northeast part of Vernon County. Acquisition of this microfilm completes the collection of Vernon County newspapers available in the Genealogy Dept.
