I checked the census records, etc for the Sawyers, There were two sons of John and Sara Sawyer, who married Alice Bartons . James Franklin b Dec 1894, and brother George A., b Mar 1886. James' wife Alice Barton was b 1897 ( They had her brother Lawnie Barton living with then in 1930. They had nine children up to 1939 (1940 census) I don;t believe this family fits for your Virginia b 1933.

George married Alice C. Barton, 27 oct 1906 Texas County born 1895. {Mrs.Sally Shipp mother of Alice C. Barton (her father dead) gives her written consent to such marriage{ by 1920- they had children Eula 10; Hazel 8; Elvis 6; Edith 2 2/12
I was unable to find the family in 1930.

Missouri death certificates : Elvis John Sawyer b May 18 1914 d Jul 14 1958 Texas Co. s/o George Sawyer and Alice Barton, the informant was Vera Maxine Davenport Licking MO. Since I find no Vera Maxine in James' family, and she is giving information on George's son She would seem to be the sister of Virginia you have b in 1933.

I could be wrong here but that's the way it looks to me.If you need any of these census records, etc, let me know.
