Thank you for that link. I knew that Peter William Darter was buried in the Sargent Cemetery, but did not know where Louisa Ellen (Taylor) Darter was buried. The inscription on Ellen's record says she was the widow of Peter, but Peter outlived her by some 27 years. This couple is the father of Walter William Darter, one of my grandfathers. Walter is buried in the National Cemetery in Springfield and his son, Walter William Darter, Jr. still lives in Springfield.
