Thank you so much for your help. I had the 1910 census and the draftcard info but not the 1900 census. I was told they lived in Texas County Missouri and later moved to Izard County Arkansas. That was information from a 2nd cousin. I was a little puzzled about the different birth dates. The wives names are correct though. I thought she spelled her name Margaret L. Smith. And the fact they could not write. They could not spell either, so I thoudht the gentleman taking the information just spelled it the way he thought it should be. They both made an "X". They applied the same day. The same person wrote out thier information. Marguerite died in 1924 Izard county. She died giving birth to twins. My dad did not know a birthdate for his father William. No, I do not know where John and Harriet died. I knew about Leann as a sister but not Lottie, George W,Elizabeth, or Joseph. Leann died in MAgness Arkansas. Do you think Adam could be Add? They were close to the same age. Again thank you so much for the help. I have been at such a standstill with these family members.
