More on Jesse Collins, 1840s

Jesse Collins and his wife Nancy Whetzel were married in Jackson County, Ohio, and had three daughters, Elizabeth, Rebecca, and Martha, before moving to Taney County, MO. They had another daughter, Catharine in Feb. 1840. The ages of these children fit with the information in the 1840 Census for Jesse Collins in Taney Co. Jesse and Nancy went back to Ohio before their 8th child was born in 1845. While in Missouri they also had Margaret and John, twins born in 1842, and William, born in 1843. Elizabeth, Catharine, Margaret and William do not appear in the 1850 Census, so they must have died in MO. Does anyone know where they may be buried?
Also, a brother or brothers of Jesse reportedly went to MO too. Who were they? Possible names, in addition to John and William, would be James and Jacob, which are the names of Jesse's other sons. Any information will be appreciated. I have considerable data on Jesse's descendants and I am willing to share.
