Looking for the 40 acres purchased by William F. Webster, atty on the outskirts of Cape Fair. He moved there in 1892 with his wife Elizabeth (Reed). William died 1897. His widow invited her sister Malinda and husband John Charles DeForest to move to this property in 1901.
