Joseph Tichenor/Tichensen was born in KY or CT. He married Martha Sanford in Stoddard Coo., MO on 25 Jul 1869. Their last names were recorded as Tichensen and Sandford.
They had a daughter Lulu Irene born Nov 1871 in Bloomfield, Stoddard Co.
Family lore has it that hey died in a fire about 1878. Lulu is listed in the 1880 Stoddard Co. Census living with her grandmother, Martha Sanford.
Joseph and Martha are my brick walls. I am ahppy to pay a researcher to help me get over this wall and on to Tichenor (or however it is spelled) research.
