I have discovered that a branch of my McEwen family lived and died in Knox and Shelby Counties. Some are buried in the Cherry Box Cemetery,

Edward McEwen and Minnie Lee Ralls were married 08 Sep 1896 in Knox County. They had a son, Arthur, who was born in 1895 in Knox County.

Edward was born in 1869 in Knox County.

Minnie Lee was born on 11 Dec 1873 in Knox County.

Edwards father, John Wesley McEwen, moved from Schyuler Co, IL to Knox County after 1855. His wife Mary Jane died 17 June 1925 in Novelty, MO. John Wesley is buried in the Cherry Box Cemetery.

I would very much appreciate any info or history of the McEwens or Ralls families.

I have a website "Kansas City McEwens". If you would like to visit our site send me your name & email address and I will add you to our member list.
