Tuckers on 1920 Shannon Co. census

On the 1920 Shannon Co. census: Thomas Tucker 54 MO (parents TN), wife Sallie 44, kids John 19, Mildred 16, William 14, Thomas 12, Charles 10. Dave Tucker 25, wife Katie 27. Next page: Walter 34 MO, wife Maud 28 MO, kids Hershel 8, Myrtle 6, Martha 3, Mable 1.
Also nearby are Hannah Smith 77 TN, mother-in-law to James Stewart, wife Alla, kids Albert and Mary; also James Smith 5, great-grandson in the household of Ira Kness 46 and his mother Lucinda 81 TN. Another neighbor: John Mailes 63 CA, wife Lydia 50 MO, John jr. 22 MO.
Questions: Is Thomas the son of James Tucker and Frances/Fannie Smith from TN (family was on 1860 and 1870 Texas Co., MO census)? Is Walter a nephew to Thomas? Is this the same Walter in the 1900 Texas Co. household of James Tucker? Are any of these Smiths related to Frances/Fannie Smith who might be related to Medlins by marriage?
Appreciate any information.
