Looking for information on James McNabb (b. (b. 3/20/1817 in Virginia and d. 12/22/1885 in Scotland Co. MO) and Nancy W. Kelley (b. 12/24/1834 IN and d. 8/4/1914 at Biblegrove, Scotland County MO). James married Nancy on 3/10/1850 in Ripley Co. IN I believe that Nancy was the daughter of Daniel and Sary Kelley. Daniel Kelley (b. 2/3/1811 and d. 10/26/1872 Rossville Cemetery IA, Allamakee Co.) but have not been able to confirm their parents. Any help would be appreciated. Send to ira@iraharris.com

James and Nancy McNabb had 12 children: (1) William Henry (DOB 12/27/1850 in IN and d. 1927 or 1928 and is buried at Biblegrove), (2) Amos Wesley (DOB 7/29/1852 at Ripley County IN and d. 10/10/1933 and is buried at Queen City, Schyler County MO), (3) Daniel Marion (DOB 2/14/1854 and d. 5/4/1936. He married Samantha Harding and had 6 children: Eva Dial, Ida Johnson of St Paul Minn, Pearl Pederson of Clark So. Dakota, James of Humboldt So. Dakota, Charles of Sioux Falls, So. Dakota and Wesley of Washta Iowa buried at Good Hope Cemetery in Pierson Iowa), (4) Elizabeth Ellen (DOB 2/19/1856), (5) Mary Jane (DOB 6/4/1858 in MO), (6) Martha Ann (DOB 1/11/1861), (7) Virginia (DOB 4/1/1866), (8) Matilda (DOB 9/24/1867 and buried in Kansas), (9) Emaline (DOB 3/7/1871 and d. 1/19/1943 buried at Pleasant Ridge/Slocum Cemetery), (10) Malissa (DOB 7/21/1873 and d. 7/30/1873), (11) Mandy Melvina (DOB 4/1/1876 and d. 1/31/1967 buried at Queen City, Schyler County, MO) and (12) James Franklin (DOB 11/20/1878 and d. 4/1957 or 1958 and buried at Goodland Kansas
