This information may not connect with your search however it is coincidental, and interesting.
My ggg gf was Rev. Ezra Sayre (1800-1864). He lived, preached and farmed in Shelbyville,Shelby Co., MO from 1854 until his death in 1864. He was a Methodist Minister and circuit rider and church records from the Missouri Conference of the Methodist Church show him as being assigned to Memphis, Scotland Co, MO in 1858. "Assigned" meaning he was responsible for conducting preaching duties there on his circuit. In 1859 his circuit included Kirksville, MO. I know he performed numerous marriages.
None of the Sayre names you show connect with him as far as I can determine.
