Freda... checked on the marriage for you, it is listed in the index:

HART, HENRY K. to BETH KNEDLER
6 Sep 1941 Book 10 page 150

There is also another one listed:

HART, HENRY, age 43, to BETH HART, age 26
6 Aug 1949 - Book 12 page 66

You can call the Courthouse and ask how much their copies are running now, and maybe get copies of both - might be interesting to see why there are two listed (did they divorce, then remarry?):

Might also ask them if they have application for marriage - maybe that will list the mother you're wondering about :)
