Levin Tucker m Alvira Matthews on 1850/1860 census

I am trying to find descendants of Levin Tucker (ca 1810 VA) and Alvira Matthews (ca 1811 KY or IL). They married 9 Aug 1833 in Pike Co., IL.

Alvira was the daughter of John B. Matthews and Margaret Leach. The bio of her brother, Benjamin L. Matthews, states that she was born in White Co., IL, but her census records (and approx year of birth) suggest that she was probably born in Christian Co., KY.

Levin and Alvira are found on the 1840 census of Pike Co., IL and the 1850 and 1860 census records of Schuyler Co., MO which show the following children:

Maria E. Tucker, b ca 1834 IL (missing 1860)
Marshall T. Tucker, b ca 1838 IL (missing 1860)
Mary A. Tucker, b ca 1840 IL (missing 1860)
Austin A. Tucker, b ca 1842 MO
Stephen D. Tucker, b ca 1844 MO
Isabella Tucker, b ca 1846
Pamela C. Tucker, b ca 1849

I've no access to marriage records from that county to determine possible married names for Maria and/or Mary. I cannot locate the names Levin, Alvira, Marshall, Austin, or Stephen Tucker in Schuyler County in 1880.

Can anyone help me find out what happened to this family?

Thanks, Jennifer <>
