Mrs Eno [Duffy] O'Haver d/o John DUFFY & Anne Eliza [BUCHANAN] was born abt 1864-5 in MO.
She married Harry Clay O'HAVER abt 1898-9 probably in St Louis. Eno and Harry had 2 sons: Elmer Norvelle and Harry Clarence.
1900 they lived in St Louis MO
1904 son Harry Clarence was born in NY
1904 Harry Clay was living in St Louis MO
1910 where is Harry ? Eno ? Elmer ? Harry Clarence ?
1918 Harry Clay and son Elmer lived in Tulsa OK - directory does not say if Eno & young Harry were there too.
1920 Eno and Harry Clarence lived in St Louis MO
1920 where was Harry Clay and son Elmer ?
1930 Monmouth Co NJ > Harry Clay, Eno, son Elmer + dtr-in-law Katherine + grandsons Harry Elmer & James
1930 Monmouth Co NJ > Harry Clarence + wife + son + dtr
1935 Manhattan, New York > Harry Clay, son Elmer, dtr-in-law Katherine, g/son Harry Elmer, g/dtr Marvis - NO Eno.
1940 Houston TX > widowed Harry Clay, son Elmer, dtr-in-law Katherine, g/son Harry Elmer, g/dtr Marvis
1940 Michigan > Harry Clarence + wife Florence + (living) son + (living)dtr
............PLEASE HELP .............
I have searched the 1910 census in MO, NJ, NY using every conceivable variation of their 1st and last name but have found nothing !!! Other than Eno & Harry's marriage record, the 1910 census should verify how long they had been married and whether Eno was Elmer Norvelle O'Haver's biological mother.
The problem is on his birth record Elmer's mother can be read as Eno or Eva sooooooo proof positve is required.
My daughter is the great-grand daughter of Elmer Norvell O'Haver and Katherine [Miller] and I refuse to give her someone else's grandparent.
