You have no idea how grateful I am! I live in Brazil and it is impossible to get to original or even microfilmed sources. You have truly given a great deal of clarity. I have sent your message on to the Dodge Family researchers and I am sure they will be grateful to read it too.

I am descended from Mary Dodge's younger brother, Isreal Genereaux Dodge. Perhaps you have something on him as well, even though he is not in your line? I have only found his baptism record on the few Ste. Genevieve church records that are on line. Do you think the other researcher you mentioned would have something on him, or is he following Deguires exclusively?
