Request help me prove my paternal ancestry.

1880 US Federal Census for Saline, Ste. Genevieve County, MO, reveals:

COUNTS, J.W., Head, b. Abt. 1829, Age 51, POB: Self - TN; Father - TN; Mother - VA.
COUNTS, Hariett E., Wife, b. Abt. 1830, Age 50, POB: Self - MO; Father - Ireland; Mother - MO.
TURNER, John G., Relationship Unknown, b. Abt. 1872, Age 8, POB: Self - TN; Father - TN; Mother - TN.

I believe (but have not proven) that the "TURNER, John G." identified in the above record could be my great grandfather.

On Page 369, Marriage Records of St. Francois County, MO, reveal:

"John TURNER of Farmington, St. Francois County, MO, over 21; Mary McCUTCHEON of Farmington, St. Francois County, MO, over 18; 6 March 1897 license; married on 7 Farmington (sic) 1897 by R. C. Tucker, JP at Farmington, St. Francois Co., Mo.; filed 8 March 1897; the hand written index has Mary McCutchion."

I believe (but have not proven) that the "John TURNER" and "Mary McCUTCHEON" identified in the above record could be my grandparents.

1900 US Federal Census for St. Francois County, MO, reveals:

TURNER, John, Head, b. Mar 1872, Age 28, POB: Self - TN; Father - TN; Mother - TN
TURNER, Mary, Wife, b. Aug 1878, Age 21, POB: Self - MO; Father - IN; Mother - IN

1910 US Federal Census for Ward 5, St. Louis, MO, 20 Apr 1910, reveals:

TURNER, John, Head, b. Abt. 1872, Age 38, POB: Self - TN; Father - TN; Mother - TN
TURNER, Mary, Wife, b. Abt. 1878, Age 31, POB: Self - MO; Father - IN; Mother - IN
TURNER, Dayton, Son, b. Abt. 1904, Age 5, POB: Self - MO; Father - TN; Mother - MO

My father was the "Dayton TURNER" identified in the above record.
