I'm sorry. My list of tombstone inscriptions does not have Leonard B. Graves or a Susan Day Graves. It does list the following Grave surnames:

Nancy A,
beloved wife of L.B. Graves
born July 28, 1828
died June 5 1894
"Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord. From hence they cease from all their labors; And their works do follow them."

Amanda wife of Charles L. Graves

Charles L.. Graves
July 8, 1849 -- Sept. 3, 1916.

Concord Cemetery compiled by Juanita Chism Holst and Bernice Erb Pinke.
Source: "Ste. Genevieve County Tombstone Inscriptions, Vol. 3." by Rob Beckerman.

I checked Vol's 1 & 2 also, but the Grave surname does not appear in either of them.
