Hi Robin:

In 1920 Charles L Reinhard of St. Francois Co was living with his sister, mother and nephew. He is listed as an automobile salesman. Same info on the 1930 census except Charles occupation is listed as janitor.

His WWI draft registration card stated that he was also a Dray employed in Farmington, but the employers name was not listed (it usually says self when self employed).

In 1910 he is listed as an Agent in Express Office.

I know this doesn't really answer all of the questions...but I would inquire at the library and see if they have city directories for the time period...which may lead to more answers.
