Thomas Hill death between 1850 & 1852

Looking for a death record or grave or probate for Thomas Hill. He must have died between Sept 9 1850 and late 1852. He made a court document from St. Francois County MO on Sept 9, 1850 that was sent to Jackson County TX giving his son William Hill b.1827 power of attorney and guardianship over John Wallace Hill b.1833 who was also his son. Another Court document in Fayette County TX in late 1852 states that Thomas Hill is dead and so is his wife Mary Alley. The other 2 children were Charles b.1830 and Jane wife of Isreal McGahan. In the 1853 document Jane stated her husband was Robert McGahan. I do not know when Mary died or if Thomas had married again. I would appreciate any help or clue about his birth, parents death or property, anything. LaVerne
