Dear Patricia, Mills/Stump Cemetery is in St. Clair County. I don't know its location as I live in Ca. and just purchased the cemetery book. There are only nine marked graves in this cemetery. Six are surname Bledsoe and three are surname Hannah. They date from 1868 to 1891. Hope this helps. Mary
