Hi Don:
Was your John Henry christened at the UCC Femme Osage on 1/1/1844? If so, we are some kind of cousins! I think he is the same person I have as "Johann Gerhard Heinrich". My family is in direct line with his older brother also christened "Johann Heinrich", but always known as Henry Piepmeier.

Let me know if you want me to send you (regular mail)what I have on the earlier generations.
