I am researching my gg grandparents, William F. and Mary (Shults/Shultz/Schultz). I have virtually hit a block wall in their research and am hoping that by posting this inquiry someone may have info on them. Here is a list of their children:

Francis Marion John b. 10 Nov 1838 MO m. Helen Copeland
Mahala Ann Johnson b. 12 Oct 1842 AR d. bef 1880 m William Carroll Tucker

There have been several variations of the spelling of Shults, i.e., Shultz, Schultz, but have never be able to ascertain which is the correct spelling.
Any help that you may be able to provide would certainly be appreciated.
