DAVIS B. WHITESIDE, b. Abt. 1780, Rutherford Co., NC; d. July 04, 1813, Ralls Co., MO.

Notes for DAVIS B. WHITESIDE:
Served as Private in Capt. William B Whiteside's Company of Mounted Rangers, St. Clair Co., IL. and Captain Allan Ramsey's Company. Was killed in battle with Winnebago Indians near the present site of Saverton, Ralls Co., MO.

Son of THOMAS WHITESIDE and ISABELLA CHITWOOD.
THOMAS S.3 WHITESIDE (ELIZABETH2 STOCKTON, DAVIS1) was born Abt. 1749 in Albemarle County, Virginia65, and died October 1795 in St. Clair County, Illinois65. He married ISABELLA ELIZABETH CHITWOOD Abt. 1771 in Rutherford County, North Carolina66, daughter of RICHARD CHITWOOD and MINNIE.
