I need to clarify my earlier posting.
First, Rhoda Barber is believed to have died by 1840, Isaac Barber died about 1812 in Delaware County. Rhoda was probably born between 1760 and 1770.
Second, Electa Barber was born about 1798. According to the 1860 Ralls County census, Octavia Barber was born about 1815. I have some reasons to question Octavia's age. In the 1860 listing, she listed her age as 45 and she was born in Connecticut. However, Isaac was a taxpayer in Delaware County in 1810 and his estate notice was posted in 1812, so it's unlikely she was born as late as 1815. In addition, the 1830 census listing for Rhoda Barber shows only two woman in the household. One was 60-70 and the other was 20-30. So Octavia most likely was born prior to 1810.

Hopefully, someone can help me clear up my confusion about this family.
