When I read your posting, I was stunned. The information you give would seem to indicate that your ancestor, Robert Moore, son of Alfred and Jennie Moore, is the twin brother of my great grandmother, Cecil Mae Moore Lamberson.

Over twenty years ago, my late Aunt Ruth Lamberson Coleman, formerly of Hannibal, told me that her mother, Cecil Mae Moore Lamberson, was the daughter of Al Moore. Later, I got my g grandmother's marriage and death certificates, which listed A. L. Moore as her father (marriage certificate) and Al Moore and Jennie Willis as her parents.

Cecil Lamberson died when only 32, and I do not have complete confidence in the fidelity of the information I have. However, I, too, have seen them in the 1900 and 1920 censuses, and in the 1900 census, Cecil and Robert are listed, along with sisters Haley and Bula. This does correspond with the information given to me by my aunt, who said Cecil had a twin brother Robert, sisters Haley Burk, Bula Bassnett and half-sister Carrie Cook.

Please respond so that we can exchange notes. I am very anxious to share information with you in the hope that we can help each other's research and of course reconnect with family.
