John Haden Cemetery: Ralls/Pike Border Line

John Haden Cemetery, Pike County, Missouri

Located T 55 N, R 4 W, Sec.12 at the intersection of Ralls Road and
Bailey Bridge Road, due east 2/10 mile follow fence row to end, cemetery is
on the right.
Due to deterioration of the tombstones Dr. Ralph and Marion Hayden have placed metal plates on the tombstones with some of their genealogical
information.

Epperson, Anna, consort of Joel Epperson born Sept. 11, 1803, married April
18, 1823 and departed this life March 26, 1843 at 7 o'clock in the eve. Behold ye
children passing by as you are now so once was I. As I am now so you must
be. Prepare for death and follow me. [original cast iron marker]

Haden, Rachel, Jan. 14, 1774 - Sept. 21, 1842. Wife of John Haden. Together
10 of their children settled here.
Tyra A. Haden married Eunice Fisher, they had 6 children

William Haden married 1st Parthenia Fisher, they had 6 children
William Haden married 2nd Polly Spencer, they had three children
Turner Haden married Selena Fisher, they had 2 children [they had 10

Hendley Haden married 1st Harriet Bailey, they had three children
Hendley Haden married 2nd Sarah J. Wilson, they had 2 children
Elizabeth Haden married Edmund Bailey, they had 3+ children
Nathan Haden married Lucy Bernard, they had 8 children

Haden, Nathan B., born Aug. 31, 1813, died June 20 1887 in Frankford,
Missouri

Haden, Lucy, born July 23, 1814, died March 3, 1892, wife of Nathan Haden,
they married March 1, 1838

Haden, John, born Jan. 25, 1769, died Sept. 22, 1842, son of William Haden
of Culpepper Co., Virginia, married Rachel, daughter of Rev. War Vet. Isaac
Reynolds later resettling his family near and upon this land claim early
1800's from Fayette Co., Kentucky. Two sons remained or returned; John M.
1799, Benj. J. (Benoni) 1802.

child of Richard and Fritzellen. [original tombstone]

Epperson, Bell Wilson, beside his mom Anna Winslet the 4 1/2, Mahala Ann
buried Sept.
1860 Sriv. Cem. by Aunt Harriet Bell Wilson Walters & grandpa John & Jane
Bell Wilson, also by her great double aunt Sara Bell, Mrs. Alexander Wilson
brothers married sisters, Fritzellen and & Harriet had third sister Sarah
Jane Bell Wilson who married Hendley Haden, his 2nd wife.

Anna Alsman, Sept. 11, 1803, Mar. 26, 1843, married Joel Epperson on March
18, 1823. He was born Feb. 3, 1801 and died Sept. 6, 1875 after she died.
He married 2nd Sally Bramblett, died Feb. 28, 1872, they had no kids. Are
BD Epperson CM Anna's kids;

1) Joel, Jr. GGF of Flossie Griffin

3) Wm. Henry Harrison, father of Lulu Elliott the mom of Sadie Kendrick a
teacher at Paris Missouri, Robt. Elliott the husband of Zelma Magnuse
parents of Harold & Jimmy also Wm. Henry Harrison Epperson was the father
of Robert H. Epperson who begot Orey, Arthur, Bert, Lotie, Hamilton,
Margaret Holliday, Etta Fuqua Frankenbach

4) Rebecca Asberry Bramblett mother of Joel A. Bramblett. Joel was father
of Homer B. and Lena Donovan Heed her will
