There are 2 Nancy Moore's buried in Lemon Cemetery in Putnam Co. No dates given. I think I've posted a reference to the Putnam Co. Library on this site. You might call them.
The Nancy died 1915 is the only Nancy Moore dying in Putnam Co. Mo. from 1910-1956 according to the Mo. Archives death records. There are several other Nancy's thatdied in surrounding counties on the sos.mo.gov site.
