1850 census
Posted by: J. Mitchell (ID *****6189) Date: January 04, 2003 at 09:12:50

I am researching families that lived on both sides of the Iowa-Missouri border. I believe that the border was marked in 1851. In the census of 1850 were Appanoose people in Franklin, Pleasant and Caldwell Townships be listed in Appanoose or Putnam?

Sincerely,

J. Mitchell
