I don't know what you have and what you don't have. I have found some various pieces of information in the books I have pertaining to Pulaski county. In the marriage book, there is a listing for a J. E. Brotherton who married Letitia Jackson on 04-05-1911. So I figure that the Lucy you mention, either her first or middle name was Letitia. She is buried in Mitchell Cemetery in Waynesville, Pulaksi Co. Her stone just has Letitia Brotherton 1891-1921. I looked in the obituary abstract book to see if there was a listing for her, and there was not, so I won't be able to get you an obituary. I could get a headstone picture for you if you would like to have it. I have a digital camera and can e-mail it to you.
Jess E. Brotherton and his his second wife Bonnie B. were married 10-13-1951 and are buried in the Waynesville Memorial Cemetery. I can also get those headstone pictures for you, if you need them, and I am able to locate their headstones. I know when he died as it is in the book, but hers is blank. I know I can find an obit for Jess, but it depends on when Bonnie died as to whether or not the film is available at the library. Do you know when she died?
In one of the Pulaski county history books, there is a writeup about Charles H. and Mary A. Rickerson. In it, it states that one of their children, William "Billie" Rickerson married Nancy Ellen Brotherton of Carroll County, Missouri. That is all it says about them.
This is all the information that I can find right now. Let me know what you want and I will try to get it for you.
