Norine,

I am assuming that the information in the book is from headstones because the name of the book is "Tombstone Inscriptions of Pulaski County". I also checked in both of those books for Rittgers and I didn't find any by that name either. Just to make sure that we are in the same place, you are sure that these people were in Crocker, Pulaski County, Missouri, right?

The next time I am at the library, I will ask the lady in there, if she has any ideas where I can check for these people. She is somehow associated with the historical society. I will get back with you as soon as I know something.
