Yes, there is still an East Leavenworth, MO. It is on Highway 45 between Farley and just before the 45/92 spur that goes West and over the river to Leavenworth, KS.

If you go East on the Fort Lworth Army Post, you reach a bluff where you can look down and see some interest twists and turns of "ole Muddy".

Check Mapquest for Farley, MO to Leavenworth, KS with a stop in East Leavenworth, KS.

Entirely beside the point but possibly interesting. When I worked at a K. C. MO office supply store, I talked with a James Farley at Farley Bank in Farley, MO.
