FULTZ in Weston, MO 1866

Before moving to Kansas, A. S. FULTZ is in the 1866 Federal Tax Assessment list for Weston (which I think is in Platte. Co.)

In the 1875 Kansas State Census, A. S. and C. A. FULTZ are enumerated. The wife C. A. and two of the children were born in Missouri.

Does anyone know the wife's maiden name and when/where they were married (prob. bef 1866)? C. A. was "Cynthia" and the children were David (b before 1867) and Albert (b Feb 1867).

A. S. was Algernon Sidney FULTZ b 19 Jan 1826 in Warm Springs, Bath Co., VA d 13 Nov 1896 in Franklin Twp., Jackson Co., KS.
