Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I have the articles in Paxton's Annals and History of Clay and Platte Cty., MO. plus one marriage record.
The marriages have me stumped for I can find but one(did not look in KY for Talitha), Smith Adams marriage to Martha Mansfield( note I did not type Mrs. for that does not appear in the record). I did find a Wm. R. Adams, resident of St. Joseph, MO. marrying a Mrs. Lucinda Jordan 7 May 1892. William's wife at his time of death was Emma J.
