Dear Ms. Sutton:

I may have found your Sterling Ashworth in Pike Co., MO.
in the 1840 census plus a Wm.(30-40) and a James(30-40).
Sterling was listed as 60-70. There was another Wm.(20-30)
listed elsewhere in the same county.
As far as Platte Co. there was a James(46) & Mary Ashworth
(37) in 1850 with a 6 month old child, Sterling.
