I have been following this family and what I have found. Cencus notes: From Pharrs and Farrs said to live till age 82 and David William was the youngest of 21 children by both wifes. The book only gives 14 names. He was a Presbyterian Minister and quiet deaf in his old age. He was a veteran of the War of 1812 serving in the First Regement of Tennessee Riflemen. Served till 1 Nov 1814, when he employed William Brown to compleate his enlistment. Brown served another 7 months. He and his brother Samuel served at the Battle of New Orleans.
