Here is a bit of information I found, hope it is of some help.
I also have some roots in Pike Co and there was a Sam Snead b 1865 MO who married Margaret Headrick b Dec 1871 MO and lived in the Louisiana Pike Co MO area. I am not a Snead descendant, but a collateral relative. I was wondering who the parents of Lucinda Snead granddaughter of Wm and Lucinda Jones were . It sounds like a daughter of the Jones couple just mentioned must have been her mother. Thanks
