Slaves: Esther (freed)and receives substantial property; March to learn the blacksmith trade and freed after 6 yr. apprenticeship
Brother: John Watson, John's son Cyrus Watson.
Niece: Rowanna Garnsey late Rowanna Watson, wife of David Garnsey.
Brother: David Watson, deceased, David's granddaughters; Polly Watson, Margaret Watson, and Cynthia Watson.
Brother-in-law: Alexander Finley or Tinley, wife unnamed.
Their son Wilson(?) Finley or Tinley. Their son-in-law, James Smith.
Brother-in-law: Robert Hempstead, wife not named.
Brother: Aron Watson
Brother-in-law: Robert Barber, wife Jane
Samuel donates money for a free school in the county for the poor.
