Beulah Harper b. abt 1899 MO, Father might be Richard Duncan. She married Oliver Cooper Duncan 30 Dec 1917, probably in Missouri, where their children were born. Their children were: Sylvia Marie Duncan, b. 05 May 1918, Phelps County, Rolla, Missouri. Lillian A Duncan b. 1924 Liberty, Phelps County, Missouri Elva L Duncan b. 1927, Liberty, Phelps County, Missouri and Oliver Richard Duncan. My son's great grandma was Sylvia Duncan.
