Jackson and Nancy Nichols to John Young
Know all men by these presents that we Jackson Nichols and Nancy Nichols his wife of this County of Phelps and State of Missouri have this day for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand dollars to them in hand paid by John Young of the County of and State aforesaid Have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said John Young the following described track or parcel of land situate in the County of Texas to wit: North half of North west quarter and twenty acres off of north side of South West 1/4 of North west quarter of Section thirty six and East half of North East quarter and seven & a half acres off of East side of North west quarter of North East quarter Section thirty five also fifteen acres off of South side of South East 1/4 of South East quarter Section twenty six and also 17 acres off the NE quarter of SE quarter section 35 in Township thirty three North Range Nine west Containing two hundred and 21 acres more or less to Have and to Hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the rights privileges and appurtenances, thereto belonging to or in any(?) appertaining unto the said John Young his heirs and assigns for himself his heirs excutors and administrators to warrant and defend the title the premises hereby conveyed against the claim of every person whatsoever Claiming by through or under ( ? )
In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names and affixed our seals this 19th day of Nov AD 1866
