I was glad to relay what little I remembered. I hope I remembered it accurately. I mostly remember my dad talking about how it was going to be hurt when the highway changed and sure enough it did. It was a fairly good size place and I'm sure a good place to work. Rolla has changed a lot since the 50's and I was just a kid then.
This site is good for finding out things like that in the past. Right now I'm trying to research an ancestor and it has been helpful for me too.
