It used to be a well patronized restaurant, I think maybe like a truck stop, on old Hwy 63 N on the west side of the road across from the drive in theatre and about across the road from stevens trucking warehouse(?) and Lowes in Rolla, Mo. That used to be the North Wye area and it was just before you got to Rameys (liquor I think). Perrys Cresent went out of business when I-44 took a different route and Perry Cresent wasn't on the main drag anymore. I think that Rt.66 might have gone by there also thru north wye to St. James and beyond. Its been a long time - like maybe late 50's or early 1960's. Hope this helps.
