Does anyone have any names of students who attended the Lookout School in Pettis Co., MO? The Post office was discontinued in 1904. The village does not exist now. It was near the Pettis, Cooper Co., line. It was located 6 1/2 miles north of Beamon.
Supposedly Levi Allen Clubb was born there about 1846. His mother was Jane Evans Clubb and his father who did not live there was Philip Jackson Clubb. Jane supposedly joined with a group of Mormans and left her husband who lived in Illinois at the time and ended up there in Pettis county at the time Levi was born. She seemed to have stayed in and around that part of MO, ending up in Cherokee County Kansas in 1880. Thanks, Carol
