In this city, last evening, at the residence of Mr. R.A. Blair, by Rev. S.F. Hallam, Mr. J.H. Pratt, of Spring Hill, Miami County, Kansas, and Miss Mary E. Vaughan of Kansas City.
We wish the happy couple all the enjoyment incident to a long and happy life. May the unanimily which is so essential for permanent happiness always dwell with them; may they find great assistance in each others company, in the ascent of life's hell, and when the summit is gained and passed, may they go peacefully and composedly down to the brink of that river, whose passage ensures eternal happiness.
We learn they will spend several days visiting in our city, the bridel being a sister of Mrs. Blair, and will then return to Spring Hill, where Mr. Pratt is engaged in prosperous business.
