William L. Smith, of Cape Girardeau Co, married Elizabeth Cline on 22 october 1846. The marriage was performed by a Minister of the Gospel.

William L. Smith married Elizabeth Cochran on 21 April 1859. The marriage was performed by a Minister of the Gospel.

The actual 1860 Census shows William's parents as the head of the household.
Mathew Smith age 62 b. NC blacksmith
Margaret Smith 67 b. NC

Robert M. Smith married Columbia A. Delap on 24 May 1871 by a Justice of the Peace.

John A. Smith married Martha E. Luckey on 27 August 1863 by a Minister of the Gospel.

I did not find any earlier marriage records for John in Perry County. If Nancy is his wife, he was probably married in Cape Girardeau County. I did not find a marriage record for a Nancy Smith in Perry County.
