Looking for info or a connection to the following.
Hiram Starling Clayton b.1842 in Claysville,Hopkins,Co. Ky.
He married a Anna Jane Hatley of Claysville,Ky. After she passed away he married her sister Martha Hatley.
Hiram S. Clayton and Anna Hatley had several children. The children were all born in Webster ,Kentucky. At some point most of the children and parents moved to the bootheel area. Mostly in Braggadocio. Some of the children were married when they made the trip to Missouri.
Elihue Clayton b.1864 Webster Ky. d.1959 in New Madrid Co. buried at Matthews Cemetery. He married a Permelia Vaughn b. 1871 also of Webster Ky. She was the daughter of Allen A. Vaughn she died 1950 in New Madrid Co.I do know Elihue was a blacksmith.
Have been seeking info on Hiram and Elihue. I was sucessful in obtaining a picture of Hiram. Have had no luck as of yet getting a picture of Elihue or Permelia.
They were my gg grandparnets. If anyone can help please let me know. thanks
