Thursdy, July 7, 1927
Mrs. Mary Howington, aged about 69 years died Sunday morning at the home of her son, Bud, on Ward Avenue. Death was due largely to the infirmities of age. She was a native of Tennessee and the daughter of John Hawks. She is survived by three children, a son, Bud, at whose home she stayed, and two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Brown and Mrs. H. Holder. The body was interred Tuesday morning in Patterson cemetery west of this city following the funeral services from the home of her son.
