Blackburns of Pemiscot, Missouri in the 1930's

I am searching for information on my great-grandparents that lived in Pemiscot, Missouri in and abt the 1930s.
My great-grandfather was Robert D. Blackburn. He was married to (l)Mary Eugenia Josephine, (2) Flora.
The only information that I have is that Robert D. Blackburn and Mary Eugenia Josephine moved to Missouri from Kentucky. Robert's estimated birth year was 1869 in Kentucky. He lived in Pemiscot, Missouri in the 1930s along with his wife, Flora at that time. Flora's estimated birth year was abt 1879; birthplace unknown.
