It is my opinion, strictly from the information on the web page, the records originate from about 1937 forward. 1937 is the year the RR Retirement, also the Social Security System, became law.
Frisce employees working at the time it originated appear to be listed, as well as employees hired after this date.
If Ernest Bateman left the Frisco prior to enactment of the Railroad Retirement System, he would not be listed.
There are several BATEMAN surnames listed.
