Am looking for anybody that can tell me more about these families;
My 3rd Great Grandfather John B. Hilgert and his wife immigrated from Belguim to Maryville in the late 1880's. Both are buried at St Mary's Cemetery in Maryville.
Also several of thier children and grandchildren stayed in the area of Maryville.
Gertrude Hilgert who married Arthur Garten and had 3 daughters.
There were also several Hilgert's that lived in St Joseph which I understand is not to far from Maryville. Most of these people lived there betwwen the years 1890 - 1960.
