Pearl Cox (Fleming)

I think Pearl Cox b.abt.1891 MO.may have been married to my Great Uncle Henry Fleming.Nobody in the family ever talked about a first marriage for Uncle Henry. But in a notebook my Grandmother kept with family events in it there was a notation under Uncle Henry's birth and death info(he passed in 1961)that said Pearl Cox died Colorado Springs,CO.1915.And an abstracted newspaper article from Taylor County,IA.said "Flemming,Pearl Cox d.(died)Colo Sprs,Colo d.(died)Henry Flemming jr BTR (Bedford Times Republican)06 May 1915.That article to me implies that she died giving birth and the baby passed also.A lady in Colorado found an obit for me that said,"2 May 1915 Mrs.Pearl L.Fleming,24 years olddied yesterday at her home,523 South Hancock Street. The body will be sent to Hopkins,MO. for internment accompanied by her husband".The abstracted newspaper also shows a Henry Fleming marrying a Pearl Cox in 1913 and their ages coincide with the both of them. Can anyone help me?Any help would be much appreciated.
